Дополнительная информация

Your tour begins in Victoria, London, where you’ll board an air-conditioned luxury coach. Departing at 8:30am, we will make our way to the Churchill War Rooms for the first stop of the day.

Churchill War Rooms

Visit the original underground bunker that served as Britain’s secret wartime headquarters during the Second World War. Preserved almost exactly as it was left in 1945, you can walk through the narrow corridors and see the Cabinet Room, where Winston Churchill and his ministers met to make crucial decisions. Maps still line the walls of the Map Room, covered with pins and notes tracking troop movements across Europe. There are simple bedrooms used by staff, a tiny kitchen, and even Churchill’s private room, complete with his desk and personal items.

Blenheim Palace

After you visit the war rooms, we’ll make our way to Winston Churchill's ancestral home and birthplace, Blenheim Palace. Set in over 2,000 acres of sweeping parkland, much of which was designed by the renowned Capability Brown, this Baroque masterpiece, completed in 1722, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site nestled in the beautiful Oxfordshire countryside.

Explore the opulent State Rooms with its impressive collection of portraits and tapestries, the Long Library, The Churchill Exhibition and learn about Life Below Stairs before heading back to London.
