    February to November :
    Monday to Friday : 10am to 4pm
    Saturday & Sunday : 10am to 5pm
    last entry is 2 hours before closing
    November to February :
    Wednesday to Sunday : 10am to 4pm

    Exception:
    Christmas Eve- 10am to 2pm (last entry 12pm)
    Ney Year's Eve- 10am to 2pm (last entry 12pm)

    Planned Closures:

    Standard admission ticket will not be accepted on event days :

    Closed on Christmas Day and Boxing Day.

    Cancellation and Amendment Policy

    Cancellation of this product is not permitted, however, adjustments can be made up to 72 hours before the event, with an administrative fee of £5 applicable.
